Kiosk merchant gives customer unjustified strife, customer gets him fined over $1,500: ‘Then I smiled… and left."

• After a tantrum about that, he finally gave it to the unhappy customer. That's when the customer noticed some really messed up things. He also realized he could get him fined. Easy peasy petty revenge. The merchant knew it too, because his face “went white.” Feel grumpy all you need to, but don't try to pull some shady things when you're in that mood… Or like ever??
