There is no getting around the fact that if you have pets, they are probably going to make messes in the house every once in a while. The important thing is that as a pet owner, you take responsibility for that, whether you live alone or with others.
One unfortunate individual found themselves dealing with somebody who apparently didn't believe in this when they got into an altercation with their roommate about cleaning up their cat's vomit. The cat owner accused them of shirking responsibility after they politely requested that they clean the mess in their shared bathroom that had been there for several hours.
